Campus Leads

We are happy to launch our Campus Lead Program that offers a 6-month internship for young rising leaders, focusing on nurturing their leadership development, relational organizing, and critical skills! Campus Leads receive expert guidance and training to become lifelong civic leaders. With a 6-month commitment, benefits like stipends, travel opportunities, mentorship, and leadership development are provided. They actively engage in monthly Zoom sessions, mentor check-ins, and program responsibilities to make a meaningful impact on their campuses and communities. We believe rising leaders can be the leaders of today, not just tomorrow. Join us in forging forward, one campus at a time!

SQUADS

"Squads" are dynamic units comprising 3-5 individuals who convene regularly, either virtually or in person, to collectively embark on impactful civic endeavors. These groups are nurtured and empowered by CP, offering them opportunities and expert guidance to amplify their civic actions.

CREW LEads

Crew Leads represent a dedicated cadre of Action Academy alumni who return to the program as mentors and leaders for the current cohort of students. They assume a central role in the program's daily operations, thereby acquiring invaluable expertise in program and project management, all while significantly contributing to its overall success. If you’re an Action Academy alumni and want to take your leadership to a whole new level, then keep an eye out for Crew Leads applications open up.
