ACtion academy

Action Academy is dedicated to empowering college students through our foundational Learn & Earn program. We provide transformative, historically-informed, and community-based experiences centered around the democratic voting rights arc in America. Our mission is to cultivate a habit of civic engagement and leadership development in students, enabling them to lead and facilitate positive civic change in their communities.

Future leaders

At our organization, we are committed to fostering a robust leadership development pipeline through our Campus Leads and Crew Leads programs. These initiatives serve as integral components of our strategy to nurture and empower emerging leaders. Campus Leads provides a foundational platform for individuals to initiate their leadership journey on college campuses, while Crew Leads represents the next tier, offering a more advanced and hands-on leadership experience.
